Rates listed on the website are valid on the date the reservation inquiry is made and are subject to change without notice. Published rates are not guaranteed until payment is received. All reservations are subject to availability. Confirmation numbers will not be issued until payment has been received in full.
When you make a reservation you must provide written or verbal authorization to charge your credit card. By authorizing the charge you acknowledge our Reservation and Payment Policies, Cancellation Policies and Disclaimer. Changes to existing reservations are subject to availability and necessary rate adjustments.
You can make the reservation up to one day (1) prior to your arrival but you must be aware that cancellation policies will apply.
Print out of your reservation voucher and present it when you check in for your reserved service.
We gladly accept several Credit Cards via PayPal (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Bank of America, etc…).
Your reservation will be charged in full to your credit card upon receipt.

Rates shown in US dollars will be charged in US.
Cancun Shuttle provides private Transportation Service from the Airport to the Hotels and back in its own licensed vehicles which possess an insurance to cover all its passengers.
Specific vehicle models are subject to availability. Similar models complying with the characteristics offered for the selected type of service may be used as well.
Private services are regularly provided in VW Transporter vans or sedan vehicles. Similar vehicles can be Toyota Hiace and Nissan Urvan.
Luxury services are regularly provided in Suburban SUVs. A similar vehicle can be a Ford Expedition.
Group services are regularly provided in VW Crafter vans. Similar vehicles can be Ford Transit and Mercedes Sprinter.
Transportation from the Cancun Airport to Hotels in Cozumel is actually provided to the Ferry in Playa del Carmen, we do not operate in the Cozumel Island.
Transportation from the Cancun Airport to Hotels in Isla Mujeres is actually provided to the Ferry in Puerto Juarez, Cancun, we do not operate in Isla Mujeres.
Car Seats are provided upon availability with no extra charge. Cancun Shuttle is in no way obligated to provide this service.
Cancun Shuttle is an intermediary between the client and the service providers listed on the website like Transportation and Tours. As such, Cancun Shuttle creates the necessary commercial connections in compliance with its own service and quality standards to provide services of ground transportation. Only the most reputable suppliers are selected for this purpose, however Cancun Shuttle cannot be held liable for their acts, omissions, wrongdoings or negligence on their part. Transportation services are subject to the conditions set by the suppliers, and their liability may, in turn, be limited by their tariffs and conditions of service. Cancun Shuttle acts only in its role of intermediary for the client and service provider and does not retain any legal authority or control over the service provider´s personnel, assets, operation and/or property.
If you or a member of your group causes physical or cosmetic damage to the interior or exterior of your driver's car, we'll assess a damage fee and charge.
Cleaning fee amounts
20USD - Small amounts of liquid spills INSIDE the car such as drops of coffee, grease from food, other drinks (excluding water), sand or dirt on floor mats.
40USD - Significant mess, usually bodily fluids like vomit, paint, or extensive sticky or staining liquid messes (excluding water), gum and other sticky materials OUTSIDE the vehicle which requires an exterior car wash.
80USD - Significant liquid messes including coffee, greasy food, drinks (excluding water), or gum and other sticky materials INSIDE the vehicle which requires steam cleaning and special products.
150USD - Major damage such as extensive damage to the vehicle’s interior or exterior.
Aditional charges per hour
In case you require open hour service or store stop the additional hour has an extra cost of Private 44USD, Luxury 55USD and Premium 125usd
Cancun Shuttle will not assume liability for any claims, costs or expenses arising from injury to the client or third parties, accident, loss of life, loss or damage to personal property, lack of enjoyment, upset, disappointment, anguish, distress or frustration be it mental or physical resulting from the following:
Driver or the company won't be responsible for the passenger(s) personal property left behind or lost during the trip. If we are able to find an item left behind while you´re in the area, delivery fees will apply. We are also able to provide all information needed to request collection of the item so it can be shipped internationally to you, shipping costs are the responsibility of the user. Unclaimed items will be held for a maximum of 30 days, after this time they will be disposed of or donated.
