    • Prices of Cancun Shuttle are Tax included, you don’t have to pay anything extra, no “Airport” fees or nothing. Only tips are not included.
  • Do we have to attend a Timeshare presentation?
    • Cancun Shuttle (CUN Shuttle) is not part of any Timeshare program or Vacational Club as they call it, so no… no 90 minutes presentation.
  • What type of Car does Cancun Shuttle uses?
    • We have different type of vans depending on the amount of passengers arriving together. We have Toyota Hiaces that can have up to 10 people with luggage. We also use VW Transport units that can take up to 8 people. When we have groups larger that 10 we would use either a Crafter Vehicle for up to 16 people with luggage or a Mercedes Sprinter for the same amount of people. We have managed big groups in which we need buses, so sometimes we use buses.
  • How many passengers does a van holds?
    • We just had some numbers on the prior question, however we’ll be more specific:
    • VW Transporter: 8 people.
    • Toyota Hiace: 10 people with luggage. Up to 14 without luggage (For tours for example).
    • VW Crafter: 16 people with luggage. up to 20 without luggage.
    • Mercedes Sprinter: 16 people with luggage. Up to 20 without luggage.
  • How do I find Cancun Shuttle (CUN Shuttle) at the Cancun International Airport?
    • You need to go all the way out of the airport, and after going out of the gates right after the baggage claim area, you will see people holding boards with names, you must look for your name or last name on one of those.
  • Can Cancun Shuttle make an special sign for our arrival at the Cancun Airport?
    • Cancun Shuttle normally adds the clients name to the board, but if the case the client using the transportation wants a sign saying something special like “Mr. & Mrs. Smith Wedding Party” or “Smith’s Corporate Group” we can make it with no problem. Or if you wish to add a logo to the sign we can do so too.
  • Does Cancun Shuttle (CUN Shuttle) have insurance?
    • We have insurance for all our passengers for complete liability while on our service.
  • Does Cancun Shuttle provide baby seats?
    • We can provide the transportation with baby seats or car seats with prior notice of our guests. Client must know that this is upon availability.
  • How long in advance do I need to make our transportation reservation for Cancun?
    • You can make the reservation any time in advance, but reservation with Cancun Shuttle must be made at least 1 day in advance (24 Hrs). We can make last minute reservations if there is availability and these must be done thru the chat on the website or by phone.
  • How do I book the private transportation with Cancun Shuttle?
    • Its really easy, with Cancun Shuttle you can use the online booking form you can find at the Homepage: Cancun Shuttle, or you can request a reservation thru chat or email.
  • How do I pay for reservation with Cancun Shuttle (CUN Shuttle)?
    • We receive payments with PayPal, and with PayPal you can use any type of Credit Card, Debit Card or bank account. PayPal sometimes will let you make the reservation without creating an account but most of the time it will request to make one, PayPal is totally secure and if you create your account for only one payment, you wont have any problems later on…
    • In some cases we can accept payments in Cash, this can be done when the guest doesn’t have any credit card or is not being able to pay with PayPal for any reason.
  • What happens if I don’t find my Hotel or Airbnb name on the list?
    • At Cancun Shuttle (CUN Shuttle) we can take you anywhere, if the name of the hotel or the property is not listed in our reservation tool you can contact us thru phone, chat or email and we can set this for you manually/personally.
  • What’s the reservation/cancellation policy of Cancun Shuttle?
    • With Cancun Shuttle you can make the reservation and cancel it or change it up to 3 days prior with no problem. If cancellations are made within 3 days and 24 hrs prior to the reservation, there’ll be a 10% penalty fee. If reservation is a no show this will be a 100% penalty fee.
  • Can we get drinks on our transportation with Cancun Shuttle?
    • Yes, Cancun Shuttle can provide you with any drinks you want in your transportation with an additional fee, you need to state what you would like to have so we can arrange it prior to arrival.

    • The first way to know exactly which terminal you are getting into at the Cancun International Airport is checking your airfare ticket, it might say the terminal. If not you must know:
    • Flights from USA and Canada mostly gets into Terminal 3.
    • Terminal 2 has two arrivals: Nationals and Internationals from Europe mostly and from South America.
    • Terminal 1 is the terminal for domestic flights of two airlines.
    • FBO. If you are flying in a private jet or airplane, you will be arriving to this private terminal at the Cancun Airport.
  • Can we stop at a Convenience Store on the way to our hotel?
    • Yes, Cancun Shuttle can stop if there is a convenience store in the way to your hotel, condo or house we can stop with no problem so you can get whatever you want from the convenience store.
  • Can we stop at a supermarket on the way to our hotel?
    • Yes, Cancun Shuttle can take you to a Supermarket on the way to your condo or Hotel, however, since stops at supermarkets take more time, there’ll be an additional charge of $35 USD per hour and this needs to be arranges prior to arrival.
  • Does Cancun Shuttle provides tours in Cancun?
    • Yes. Cancun Shuttle provides tours. You can find and book all the Cancun Tours you are interested in with us, some of the tours you can do are: Chichen Itza Private Tour, Tulum Tours, Cenote Tours, Coba Tour, Ek Balam Tour, Xplor, Xel Ha, Xcaret, etc… In order to book any of these tours please get in contact with us.

    • Tulum: Cancun Shuttle suggest to be picked up 4:30 hours prior to your flight, the ride should take from 1:30 to 2:00 hrs.
    • Playa del Carmen: Cancun Shuttle suggest to be picked up 3:30 hours prior to your flight, the ride should take from 45 minutes to 1:00 hrs.
    • Cancun: Cancun Shuttle suggest to be picked up 3:00 hours prior to your flight, the ride should take from 15 to 35 minutes depending where your hotel is located.
  • Is there a departure tax at the Cancun Airport?
    • Yes, there is a departure tax fee at the Cancun Airport, this fee is about $306 pesos, which would be around $17 USD, this tax is probably already charged in your airline ticket so you shouldn’t worry about this. You can also ask the airline to confirm this for you.
